Start Your Healthy Life Today With Us

The idea of the longevity hub had its beginnings in 2006 when our team launched intermittent fasting and healthy dietary and lifestyle initiatives to curb the rising incidence of obesity and related morbidities. The initiatives included health education, couching and competitions with generous incentives for top performers in all areas of the initiatives.

Our passionate longevity and wellness team is led by Professor Mohammed Hag Ali, a preventive medicine consultant, immunologist and molecular biologist. Professor MHA received his doctoral education at GWU, in Washington DC and later joined as a research fellow in medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston. His passion for this field is exhibited by the many roles he undertook. He was the founder and co-director of the Cardiovascular Disease Prevention Program and the Ramadan Initiative (an intermittent fasting model) in the military. He was a member of the National Non-communicable Diseases Committee, the Healthy Future Cohort Study, the living younger longer health challenge for college students, the childhood obesity study and several other similar activities.
